RoosterRadarTerms of Service
These terms govern your use of the RoosterRadar app and website. Using RoosterRadar means you accept them. They are written to be readable — if anything is unclear, ask before relying on it.
What RoosterRadar is
RoosterRadar is a personal portfolio tracker: it shows market prices, charts and news for crypto assets you choose to follow, and can send you Telegram messages when prices cross thresholds you set.
What RoosterRadar is not
- Not financial advice. Nothing in the app — prices, charts, news, alerts — is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Decisions you make are yours alone.
- Not an exchange or wallet. RoosterRadar never holds, transfers or has access to your assets or keys.
- Not a guaranteed data feed. Prices and alerts depend on third-party market data and on Telegram, whose own terms govern your use of it. We work to keep them timely, but delays, gaps and outages happen. Do not rely on an alert as your only risk control for a trade.
Free and Subscriber tiers
The core app is free: full tracking, charts, news, encrypted backup, and up to 5 active price alerts. The Subscriber tier (US $1.99/month or US $18/year, or the equivalent in your local currency at the store's rate) adds more active alerts, %-move alerts, repeating alerts and display-currency choice. Features and limits may evolve; paid features will not silently disappear from a plan you are paying for.
Founding-member offer
The first 500 devices to open the mobile app receive the Subscriber tier free for approximately 6 months (183 days), granted automatically — the app tells you if your device is one of them. The offer takes no payment details and creates no payment obligation: shortly before the free period ends you are reminded, and unless you actively take out a subscription your device simply moves to the Free tier when it expires. Founding members are never charged automatically. One grant per device; the offer applies in the mobile app only, may not be combined with other offers, and ends without notice once the 500 places are taken.
Payments, renewal and cancellation
- Subscriptions are sold in the Google Play app and processed by Google Play Billing. Your payment details go to Google, never to us. Subscriptions are not currently sold on this website.
- Because Google is the seller of record for your purchase, the Google Play Terms of Service apply to it alongside these ones.
- Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly (per the plan you chose) until cancelled. Cancel any time through Google Play subscriptions; you keep Subscriber features until the end of the paid period.
- When a subscription lapses, extra alerts are paused, not deleted — your 5 newest standard alerts stay active on the free tier, and paused ones are removed after 30 days.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Whatever consumer rights your country gives you are not affected by anything here.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to overload the servers, bypass tier limits, scrape the data feed for redistribution, or use the alert system to spam. We may block a device identifier that is attacking the service.
Your data
Holdings stay on your device; the server stores only what alerts need. The details are in the Privacy Policy, which is short and worth reading.
Liability
RoosterRadar is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service — including losses caused by inaccurate market data, or by a delayed, failed or duplicated alert. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the date above changes and the app will say so. Continuing to use RoosterRadar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
